Part-Time Bakery Team Member

We are looking for a reliable and positive part-time team member to join our bakery team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is excited to be part of a growing business.

Availability Requirements

• Part-time position
• Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays
• Friday and Saturday evening availability is required, as we are expanding our hours to include night service

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter and leave the business
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Accurately process all cash and credit card payments
• Prepare espresso drinks and specialty beverages
• Prepare sandwiches and other food items
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy work area

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a cashier or in customer service required
• Proven working experience as a barista preferred
• Basic mathematical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment

This is a tipped position. The starting wage is $17 per hour, with tips averaging an additional approximately $5 per hour, bringing the estimated total compensation to around $22 per hour.
