Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer transactions accurately, including sales billing, returns, and payments.
- Prepare and verify invoices, receipts, and credit notes.
- Operate POS systems and billing/accounting software.
- Reconcile daily cash and card payments and prepare daily sales reports.
- Assist with inventory tracking through billing and return entries.
- Update and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely billing.
- Respond to customer questions about invoices or billing issues.
- Follow company cash-handling and reporting procedures.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in cashiering or billing.
Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and billing/accounting software.
- Familiar with POS systems and electronic billing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Sunday–Thursday: 10:00 am – 10:00 pm
- Friday & Saturday: 10:00 am – 11:00 pm
Working time inclusive of break hours
- Days Off: 2 days per month
- 2 months of trail period, confirmation based on performance
