Cashier/Cook

Overview
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Associate / Cashier/Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while handling transactions efficiently,Prep ,Cook Food & Clean Up. Your ability to engage with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere will be key to enhancing their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash with care.
• Prep,Cook Food and Clean Up.
• Maintain an organized and stocked sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers.
• Assist in restocking shelves and managing inventory levels effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns or questions promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Skills

• Previous experience in retail sales/Gas Station is preferred but not required.
• Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Ability to sell products effectively through engaging communication.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive shopping experience.
• Experience in stock management and product demos is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
