Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and process payments efficiently using Square POS systems.
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, ensuring quality, presentation, and food safety standards are consistently met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food handling and sanitation protocols.
- Assist in menu planning, ingredient prep, and portion control to support smooth kitchen operations.
- Serve food promptly while providing friendly, attentive customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with restocking as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures related to food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment operation.
Experience
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred.
- Experience working in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus.
- Strong culinary skills including food preparation, cooking techniques, knife skills, and meal assembly are essential.
- Familiarity with food safety standards, proper food handling practices, and sanitation procedures is required.
- Background in fine dining or catering environments will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of menu planning and the ability to adapt recipes for different dietary needs is desirable.

Pay: $10.50 - $18.00 per hour
