Cashier/Customer Service

We are looking for a Cashier – Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling daily cash transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions accurately
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries politely
• Maintain daily cash records and ensure proper reconciliation
• Assist customers with billing, invoices, and basic service-related queries
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th / Any Degree

Prior experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred

Basic knowledge of billing systems and MS Excel Good

Communication skills (English and Local Language)

Honest, responsible, and customer-friendly attitude

Salary : 18K - 22K
