We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include processing transactions, assisting customers with inquiries, and maintaining a well-organized store. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while adhering to company policies.
• Maintain knowledge of store products and promotions to effectively assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure shelves are stocked and displays are well-organized.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks.
• Uphold store cleanliness and organization standards throughout the workday.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and performing retail math calculations.
• Experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales goals.
• Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer calls and inquiries.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic retail setting.
