The ideal candidate has the ability to connect with customers and maintain a positive, welcoming environment while creating memorable experiences with enthusiasm and energy.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash and credit card payments while following proper cash-handling procedures with strong attention to detail
• Promptly greet and assist customers by acknowledging their presence immediately, offering help, and efficiently managing multiple customers at once
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on how to use the rides
• Anticipate and fulfill customer needs by utilizing product knowledge to assess preferences, answer questions, guide customers to relevant merchandise, and provide tailored recommendations
• Use suggestive selling techniques while staying informed about product availability
• Maintain visual merchandising standards by keeping product displays organized and attractive
• Execute inventory management tasks, including restocking and product organization
• Maintain a clean and professional store environment
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support overall business objectives
• Access and organize stock in high storage areas, ensuring efficient retrieval and placement while following safety protocols
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for transactions and inventory counts
• Positive, outgoing customer service attitude with a strong work ethic
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Punctual and able to work independently
