Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include handling transactions, assisting with product inquiries, and maintaining an organized store environment.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
• Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves and ensure product displays are well-organized and appealing to customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement and sales.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and store environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in transaction processing.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Experience with product demos is a plus, showcasing your ability to engage customers effectively.
• Supervisory experience is beneficial for those looking to advance within the company.
