We are a locally owned independent pharmacy with over 38 years of service to our community. We pride ourselves on building relationships with our patients and delivering a friendly welcoming old school pharmacy experience.
Duties
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
Process sales of over the counter items and prescriptions.
Assist customers with over the counter medical equipment purchases and inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming front-end area.
Coordinate with pharmacy staff to ensure timely service.
Handle customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and care.
Assist with inventory tasks, such as stocking shelves and ordering.
Ensure compliance with privacy and confidentiality standards (HIPAA).
Requirements
Must have a valid driver's license.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in an often fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point of sale systems.
Friendly, dependable, and team oriented attitude.
Willingness to learn pharmacy-related procedures and regulations.
Start Date: ASAP
Job Type: Part-time 15-20 hours per week.
