JULIO'S MEXICAN RESTAURANT is a small Family owned restaurant in Cape May Court House, NJ. We individually have worked our way through many local kitchens you're likely familiar with so we know the aches, pains, but also cheers and beers you share with your fellow staff.

We've met some of the best people in our years through enjoying food and working to provide others with it. We hope you see that in our treatment of our employees, that while we work to provide our customers with the best service, we'll always make sure our employees are taken care of too.

Customer Service Associate / Cashier

If you love Mexican food you'll love working with us!

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments
- Assist customers with orders on kiosk, over phone, or at register
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or cashiering preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
