• Accurately process transactions using point-of-sale (POS) systems, handling cash, credit, and digital payments
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the checkout area to promote efficiency and safety
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide helpful product information
• Support inventory management by restocking shelves and alerting management to low stock levels
• Uphold store policies and procedures related to security, safety, and customer service standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during busy periods

Skills

• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Strong attention to detail for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
