Cashier/Customer Service

The person will be required to run a point of sale and reservation system on a computer in a convenient store atmosphere. The person will take reservations over the phone and in person, escort campers to their site, pump propane, clean bathhouse and laundry room, and clean our Conestoga wagons, keep store clean, organized and stocked and various other items. Additional outside task will include, keeping trash picked up through out the park, doing site checks, cleaning out fire pits, emptying trash cans, putting chlorine in the pool, cleaning the pool and pool area, making sure all pool guest have a wrist band and other tasks as assigned.

We are hiring one part time person.

Hours will range from 4-8 hours per day, 2 to 4 days a week. Required to work most weekends. Workday currently ends at 7. Working hours may decrease during the winter months.

This position requires standing for long periods of time and lifting filled propane tanks.

Computer knowledge and efficiency is a required skill. Knowledge of the different campers and of campgrounds is preferred. Cash handling experience and basic math skills are preferred.

This person must be able to work independent, without a supervisor and be able to see tasks that need to be done and take initiative to do those task.
