Cashier/Customer Service

Dirty soda just landed in Maui! We're so excited to be here!

We are opening our second location in Whalers Village and are looking to hire both full and part time employees to help in our soda shop. We will be open Monday-Saturday from 8-8 and have several shift options depending on your desired schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and making them yummy drinks!
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization by stocking items and regularly tidying up.
• Support the team with basic math for transactions and sales reporting to ensure accuracy in daily operations.

Qualifications

• No experience required, however a background in customer service and or a food/beverage establishment is a bonus!
• Good communication skills with the ability to engage warmly and effectively with diverse customers.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Supervising experience is advantageous for those interested in growth opportunities within the team.
