Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and personable Cashier/Customer Service representative to join our team. This role involves managing transactions efficiently, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, retail sales experience, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, answering questions about products and services.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and integrity.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering within a grocery store or pharmacy setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
• Bilingual abilities is a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
• Supervising experience is advantageous for those interested in leadership opportunities.
• Ability to perform retail math accurately in a fast-paced environment.
