Duties

• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately and swiftly
• Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide product information with enthusiasm
• Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision and integrity
• Assist customers with food and menu items.
• Maintain stock levels by stocking utensils, cups, bags, organizing displays, and ensuring food is packaged correctly and accurately
• Upsell products by highlighting promotions and recommending additional items to enhance customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when taking orders or answering inquiries from remote customers

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail sales or cashiering; supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math calculations
• Ability to perform merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves and organizing displays efficiently
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Knowledge of food operations or experience in a retail environment is advantageous
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
