Cashier/Customer Service

## Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.

## Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Restock merchandise and ensure shelves are neatly arranged
- Experience with NYS lotto and lottery is a must have

## Skills
- Proficiency in retail math for handling transactions
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Experience in technical sales is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Familiarity with sales techniques and cash handling procedures
