Cashier/Customer Service

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a flair for retail sales.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers and Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide information on pricing
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Promote special offers and upsell products to customers

Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Experience in jewelry sales, electronics sales, or retail sales is a plus
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate effective time management
- Excellent phone etiquette
