Cashier/Customer Service

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate / Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling cash transactions, and assisting with various store operations.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process sales transactions accurately
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels
- Answer phone calls and address customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or cashiering is preferred but not required
- Strong cash handling skills and ability to perform basic math calculations accurately
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy checkout area and assist with inventory management
- Ability to learn technical aspects of products for effective sales assistance
