Customer Service Associate / Cashier

Maui hawaiian bbq is looking for a part -time Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team in Fresno, CA.

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to guests and team members.

• Answer incoming phone calls and take messages for associates.
• Schedule appointments and manage incoming calls.
• Process sales orders, receive payments, and make change.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Assist in other projects as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high stress level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.90 per hour
