Responsibilities

- Promote additional products through upselling techniques to increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions and store policies to effectively communicate with customers.
- Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming environment.
- Proficient in operating cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls and inquiries.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing cash accurately.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Experience in sales or retail in Liquor is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Skills in upselling products to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
