Cashier/Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy
- Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling, returns, and exchanges

Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette to provide clear and effective communication with customers
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse customer base
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and calculating discounts or change
- Previous experience in jewelry or electronics sales is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong sales skills to promote products and drive revenue growth
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued as they enable effective communication with customers from different backgrounds
