Cashier/Customer Service Representative

Chuck Fairbanks Chevrolet in Desoto, Tx is currently interviewing for an individual who is dependable , friendly, and works well with others while exhibiting great customer service skills.

This person will perform cashier and loaner agent duties, assisting customers’ needs related to service repairs and loaner needs while ensuring that each customer is treated with care and respect.

Duties include:

Loaner agent duties

• Create/ Process loaner agreement -collect customer information to input into loaner system, loan out vehicles and check in loaners for service customers.
• Inspect/ document loaner vehicle for damage
• Contact bodyshop /insurance company for damage claims to loaner vehicles
• Manage the loaner inventory list

Cashier duties

• Answer phones calls promptly and courteously- assistance customers with updates on vehicles and setting appointments.
• Collect payment from customers, extended warranty companies etc. while reviewing invoice details with customers.
• Book / finalize information on service invoices, ensure all charges are billed and accurate.
• Assist with various clerical duties as needed

Qualifications

• Professional personal appearance
• Ability to work flexible hours if another shift requires covering
• Handle cash-ability to count back change
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Clean background check
• Valid driver's license

Hiring for shift

9am- 6pm Monday- Friday

7am-1pm every other Saturday
