Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their order.
• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for cash, credit, and digital payments
• Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision, including balancing registers at shift end
• Upsell products and promote store specials to enhance customer experience and sales performance
• Maintain clean and organized merchandising displays; stock shelves as needed
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
• Assist with inventory management tasks such as stocking shelves and merchandising products

Qualifications

• Previous cashiering or retail sales experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities, are a plus
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and retail math calculations
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude
• Supervising experience is advantageous for leadership opportunities within the team
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, stocking shelves, and moving merchandise

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
