What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Guest Services & Front Desk

• Be the Welcome Committee: Serve as a friendly campground host, processing guest check-ins/check-outs and providing helpful information about local attractions and campground amenities.
• Manage Reservations: Efficiently handle phone inquiries, manage booking software, and secure campground and cabin reservations.
• Retail & Point of Sale: Operate the general store register, process transactions accurately, and assist customers with retail purchases.

Store Operations & Food Safety

• Concession Magic: Scoop ice cream, blend milkshakes, and prepare classic snacks like hot dogs and fresh popcorn.
• Inventory Management: Stock, organize, and rotate merchandise to maintain eye-catching displays. Regularly audit product expiration dates to ensure total compliance with food safety standards.
• Utility Support: Safely refill propane tanks and assist RV guests with their propane service needs.

Campground Care & Facilities

• Cabin Turnover: Clean, prep, and meticulously maintain dry cabin rentals to ensure they are pristine for arriving guests.
• Janitorial Excellence: Keep the campground, restrooms, and general store welcoming and sanitary. Duties include sweeping, mopping, dusting, laundry, wiping windows/doors, and emptying trash.
• Team Player: Assist with daily store operations and tackle additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth business operations and 100% guest satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or campgrounds is a major plus.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve on the fly, and work independently.
• Comfortable with basic computer/POS systems.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, perform cleaning duties, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to handle propane (training will be provided).

Pay: $15.52 - $16.23 per hour
