Cashier/Customer Service/Pad

At Wet Rabbit Express Car Wash, we are looking for 18 years or older people who are customer-focused with high energy. We are committed to providing a legendary customer experience. This means wearing a smile while you enact your duties while making sure the customers' needs are met and exceeded. You will be conducting and performing the daily site operations at a brand new, state-of-the-art car wash. Duties:

• Not only are you the first person the customers meets when they drive through, but you are also the person who guides them - advising, selling, and even setting them up with new monthly memberships
• Effectively communicate the value of our service to customers, answer questions, and provide direction for customers who are unfamiliar with our process
• Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer with a smile
• Meet store operating standards, providing legendary quality service, performing cash handling, and store safety and security protocols
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for yourself and other employees
• Maintaining and performing store operations on a day to day basis

Basic Qualifications:

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and effective communication
• Perform many different tasks on the store premises during each daypart
• Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture and values of Wet Rabbit
• Calculate sales and change quickly
• Maintain a great attitude and excitement during the entirety of your shift

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
• Provide feedback to the management team on the day to day operations
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must 18 years or older
