Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure smooth transactions
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Handle food safely by following proper food handling and safety protocols
• Assist with food preparation, plating, and kitchen support as needed to ensure timely service
• Clear tables efficiently by bussing dishes and resetting for new guests
• Support the kitchen team with food running duties during busy periods to maintain flow and guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, counters, and workstations in compliance with health standards
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service efforts and guest requests

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
• Familiarity with serving techniques and guest services in hospitality settings such as hotels or banquet facilities is advantageous
• Knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in processing orders and payments
• Experience with food handling, safety procedures, and basic food preparation is desirable
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
• Kitchen or culinary experience can be a plus for supporting food prep and delivery tasks
• Prior roles involving bussing, food running, or hotel service contribute valuable skills for this position
