Overview
We are seeking cashiers/sandwich makers to join our team! You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations in all areas of the shop, providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of menu items on a daily basis-no fryer!
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and balancing the register at the end of shifts.
• Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems effectively for processing sales and returns.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Promote upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities during guest interactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to ensure a positive guest experience.

Requirements

• Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail sales processes. an asset
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts. We are open 7 days a week-no nights!
