Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• serve food efficiently, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
• Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change with strong attention to detail.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness of the serving area.
• Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, ensuring timely delivery of orders in a quick service environment.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers promptly while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service, cashiering, or retail math is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety standards within the food industry.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, quick service or fast food restaurant setting.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication ability

Pay: $20.00 per hour
