Cashier/Host

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Take reservations and manage the waitlist
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Assist with food service by delivering orders to tables when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or complaints
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/cashier station

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Excellent guest relations skills to ensure a positive dining experience for all customers
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling cash transactions

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
