Imperial Garden Seafood Restaurant has been a cornerstone of San Francisco's dining scene, serving authentic Cantonese cuisine in a vibrant, community-centered atmosphere. Sassy Foods is our vegan dim sum line, crafted for those who want bold, plant-based flavors without compromising on tradition. About the Role

We're looking for a warm, self-motivated individual to join our front-of-house team at Imperial Garden Seafood Restaurant. You'll be the first face our guests see — and we take that seriously. No prior experience necessary; we're happy to train the right person.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner
  • Handle cash and payment transactions accurately
  • Manage dining room flow during service
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and floor staff
  • Assist in resolving guest concerns quickly and with care

What We're Looking For

  • Bilingual in Cantonese and English (required)
  • Weekend lunch availability is required
  • Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Natural problem-solver who stays composed under pressure
  • Open-minded and respectful of diverse cultures and guests
  • Willing to learn and grow with the team

Schedule

  • Part-time, flexible hours
  • Must be available weekends during lunch service
