Cashier/Manager

Bayou Butts & Booze is looking for a friendly and honest cashier and/or manager for their Bastrop location. Applicants are responsible for processing cash, debit, credit, and check transactions using a point of sale system. Duties include but are not limited to balancing the register, making change, recording purchases, processing returns, and scanning items for sale. Stocking products and cleaning will also be part of your daily routine. You must have wonderful customer service skills when interacting with all customers and treat co-workers with respect. Reliability is a necessity and unreliable applicants need not apply. Must be available for in person interviews. Pay will be discussed during the interview depending on the desired position. Experience will be a factor in starting pay. Hours of operation are 7-7 M-Th, 7-9 Fri, 8-9 Sat. All shifts available. Active ABO card and Responsible Vendor certificate mandatory.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Basic math skills for transactions
- Experience in retail sales and product demonstrations
- Familiarity with stocking and merchandising procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
