We are looking for an experienced CASHIER/LINE PREP person to join our team at our quick service restaurant. The CASHIER/LINE PREP will be responsible for ensuring that all food item and drink items are prepared according to recipes and specifications, as well as adhering to health and safety standards. Customer service and Point of Sale (POS) experience is a plus.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- MUST HAVE - Display a friendly attitude and be customer service oriented.
- Prepare food items according to recipes and instructions. Ability to communicate with the Line Supervisor and other team members including Line Cooks, Line Preps, etc.
- Prepare drink items according to recipes and instructions
- Ability to work under pressure during lunch and dinner rushes
- Take orders and enter into the POS accurately. Ensure no payment is missed.
- Pack orders for dining in, takeouts and deliveries. Be detail oriented and check all items in orders prior to packing.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
- Communicate with other kitchen staff to ensure orders are completed quickly and accurately.
- Perform prep tasks such as making sauces, prepping veggies, etc. during off-peak period.
- Clean and maintain a sanitary employee/customer bathroom.
- Take out trash
- Perform dishwashing for the shift.

IRVINE LOCATION (17805 Sky Park Cir, Suite B, Irvine 92614)
ORANGE LOCATION (2233 N Tustin St, Suite C, Orange, CA 92865)
- Monday-Saturday 9a-3p (shift start/end can change within an hour)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Food Handler Card
- 1 Year experience in similar capacity
- Be able to stand long periods of time
