Responsibilities

• Operate sales systems accurately to drive sales while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments with precision.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions about products, and guiding them through their purchase journey.
• Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through merchandising, stocking shelves, and ensuring products are properly labeled.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels, restocking shelves, and participating in regular stock counts.
• Support team members by supervising new associates when needed and sharing best practices for delivering outstanding retail experiences.

Experience

• Previous cashiering or retail sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math to handle transactions confidently.
• Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities, are highly valued to connect with a diverse customer base.
• Experience in supervising or leading small teams adds an advantage for those interested in growth opportunities.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for cash handling and sales transactions.
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stock management enhances your effectiveness on the sales floor.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
