As a Customer Service Associate / Cashier, you will be responsible for Ringing up customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.The ideal candidate will prioritize their commitment to the role, refraining from lengthy vacations during peak/Summer seasons , and remaining in town during these times. Duties:

Duties

• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Process customer transactions, including sales and exchanges.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries
• Engage customers with product demonstrations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting product counts as needed.
• Utilize retail math skills to manage cash handling and ensure accurate financial transactions.

Requirements

• Some experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Familiarity with cash registers, and retail math concepts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
• A passion for sales and a desire to meet or exceed performance goals.
