Cashier/Sales Associate

Pay: $13–$17/hr + Uncapped Commission

Overview
Lead, inspire, and grow with Ad Boost! As a Cashier/Sales Associate, you’ll oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You’ll lead a motivated team, provide strong leadership, and help customers stay connected through the latest wireless solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure store satisfaction
• Manage store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures
• Train, coach, and develop team members for success
• Maintain store visual standards and merchandising
• Drive community engagement and local marketing efforts
• Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and care

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred
• Proven retail or sales management experience (wireless industry a plus)
• Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills
• Goal-driven, professional, and dependable
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 – 60 per week
