Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
• Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately.
• Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to customers.
• Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring products are well-displayed and replenished as needed.
• Supervise junior staff members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Process sales transactions quickly while providing excellent customer service.
• Communicate promotions and sales information effectively to customers.
• Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and change giving.

Skills

• Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in managing transactions.
• Experience in retail sales with a proven ability to sell products effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers and team members.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash register operation and transaction processing.
• Ability to supervise and guide team members when necessary.
• Familiarity with stock management practices to ensure product availability on the sales floor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
