Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Cashier/Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales while creating a welcoming shopping experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive, engaging shopping experience
• Accurately and efficiently process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Assist customers in locating merchandise and making informed purchasing decisions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout and sales floor area
• Restock merchandise and ensure product displays are visually appealing
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information on products, promotions, and store policies

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or cashier experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele
• Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and cash accurately
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, are a plus
• Experience or knowledge in jewelry sales or technical products is highly desirable
