Job Purpose:

Delivers superior customer service to Mega-Bev customers. Must be friendly, outgoing and enjoy fulfilling customer needs and requests. Must be available days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key responsibilities and accountability:

1. Implement superior customer service practices to see that every customer has a positive experience each time they visit Mega-Bev.

2. Ability to operate our POS systems, and process payments in an efficient and accurate manner.

3. Must be friendly, outgoing, and be a good listener.

4. Must be good with math and able to read/write legibly.

5. Ability to complete roles/tasks assigned by supervisor or Manager efficiently and accurately.

6. Develop knowledge about products and stay up to date on customer trends.

7. Ability to put away deliveries, merchandise, stock coolers, and face shelves.

8. Strive to keep all areas of the store clean and organized.

9. Ability to multitask in a busy environment.

10. Follow all Company policies and procedures.

11. Capable of working both independently as well as in conjunction with coworkers and/or merchandisers to accomplish tasks.

12. Contribute to the training and development of fellow employees.

13. Capable of opening and/or closing the store responsibly.

14. Must be punctual, dependable, and flexible.

15. Upholding the fiduciary responsibility, you have as a MEGA-BEV employee.
