Cashier/Sales Associate

Duties:

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell products
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate and interact with customers in a positive manner
- Experience using a POS system or willingness to learn
- Knowledge of technical sales, wireless sales, or retail sales is a plus
- Ability to sell products and services by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Basic math skills for retail calculations such as discounts, taxes, and change
- Fluency in multiple languages is an asset for serving diverse customer populations

This position requires a high level of attention to detail, motivation, multitasking abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Pay rate is contingent on prior job experience as well as many other factors.
