Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping journey
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently
• Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented
• Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, balancing registers, and managing receipts
• Support inventory management through stocking, product rotation, and participating in stock counts
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely

Requirements

• Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customers, especially Spanish
• Ability to perform merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves and organizing displays effectively
• Experience in grocery store environments or similar retail settings is advantageous
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $13.00 - $19.00 per hour
