Cashier/Sales Associate

• Greet every customer with a friendly and positive attitude while providing excellent customer service.

• Prepare and serve drinks, including smoothies, bubble tea, coffee, and other specialty beverages according to company standards.
• Serve fresh cookies, brownies, ice cream, and other desserts quickly and accurately.
• Operate the POS system to process orders, handle cash/card transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, dining area, and entrance doors throughout the shift.
• Restock ingredients, cups, napkins, toppings, and supplies to keep operations running smoothly.
• Assist customers with menu recommendations, promotions, and upselling products to enhance their experience.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
• Work efficiently with team members during busy periods while maintaining professionalism and speed of service.
• Help open and close the store by completing cleaning, organizing, and preparation tasks as assigned by management.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.20 per hour
