Responsibilities

• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process customer transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting with inquiries.
• Demonstrate products effectively to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
• Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and increase sales.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display through effective merchandising strategies.
• Ensure shelves are stocked and replenished regularly, maintaining inventory levels.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems is essential for efficient transaction processing.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing customer interaction within diverse communities.
• Basic math skills are required for handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
• Experience with stocking and merchandising is beneficial for maintaining store presentation.
