Bagel Base is looking for energetic, friendly, and reliable team members to join our fast-paced bagel shop in St. Augustine. We are a family-operated, locally owned, and continuously growing business focused on serving fresh bagels, quality sandwiches, and exceptional customer service every day.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate ( Square ) POS system and process payments
• Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
• Help maintain a clean and organized front counter area
• Restock beverages, bakery items, and supplies
• Assist teammates during busy breakfast and lunch rushes
• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hospitality experience
• Customer service or food service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
• Ability to multitask under pressure
• Team-oriented mindset
• Cash handling experience preferred
• Square POS experience is a plus
• Barista experience or coffee preparation skills are a plus
• Willing to work early mornings

Schedule

• Morning shifts
• Weekend availability required
• Holidays as needed

Current shop hours:

• Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Saturday–Sunday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
