Cashier/Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions accurately.
• Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies.
• Restock merchandise and ensure shelves are organized and fully stocked.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
• Assist with inventory management, stock counts, and receiving shipments.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Support the achievement of store sales goals and performance targets.
• Follow all company procedures regarding cash handling and loss prevention.
