Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or answering questions about merchandise.
• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with fresh inventory.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and integrity.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Support inventory management through stocking, labeling, and participating in regular stock checks.
