Cashier/Sales Associate in Ice Cream Store

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing excellent service.
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and make accurate change.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Restock merchandise and assist with attractive product displays.
• Prepare and serve ice cream and candy products according to company standards.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate customer requests or issues to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in retail, food service, or customer service preferred.
• Strong math and communication skills.
• Friendly, positive, and dependable attitude.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available for flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays).
• English proficiency required.
