Cashier/Sales Associate - Must be 21+

We are looking for an experienced and talented Cashier/Sales Associate to join our company family. The ideal candidate for this position should have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, acquire product knowledge quickly and accurately, and enjoy interacting with customers while providing them with exceptional customer service. The Cashier/Sales Associate will be responsible for ringing up sales, handling cash, processing credit card payments, and educating customers about our industry and products.

Responsibilities:

• · Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• · Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• · Maintaining a fully stocked store
• · Ascertaining customers’ needs and wants
• · Recommending and displaying items that match customer needs
• · Suggesting new items to customers based on their selections
• · Managing point-of-sale processes
• · Assisting customers with locating products
• · Keeping up to date with product information
• · Accurately describing product features and benefits
• · Calling other store locations to find items that are not available in the store based on customer requests
• · Following all companies policies and procedures

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
