Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and dining area.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently using the POS system.
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Follow all health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
• Familiarity with retail math for accurate cash handling is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques is desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as required.
• Experience with slicing hot meats
• Experience with slicing italian cold cuts
• Must be available weekends
