Cashier/Stocker/Cleaner

Position Description

This position requires cross-training at both of our gas station locations. You will be trained to operate cash registers at each site and will be required to help cover shifts when staff members are ill, on vacation, or when staffing shortages occur.

You will also be trained and expected to stock, organize, and maintain inventory, including assisting with vendor orders as needed. Regular cleaning duties are required; detailed cleaning checklists will be provided and must be completed and documented with photos submitted in the work chat. Some duties involve outdoor work, so appropriate attire is required.

The scheduled workday consists of approximately 3 hours at the Royal Oak location (28610 Woodward ave Royal Oak), followed by 5 hours at the Hilton Road location (1710 Hilton Rd Ferndale). Reliable personal transportation is required. A valid driver’s license is mandatory and will be reviewed through our insurance provider to ensure eligibility.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00/6:30 PM
• Hours may fluctuate based on operational needs
• Mandatory availability as backup, including weekends, to cover shifts when needed

Compensation

• Starting pay: $15.00 per hour
• Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit

Additional Requirements

• Ability to download and use three mobile applications (one for team communication and two for payroll) on your personal smartphone
• must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds. Due to Stocking and Cleaning being 80% of your daily job.
