Job Description:

We are seeking friendly and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Cashiers at our vibrant play cafe. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests visiting our playground.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately

- Maintain a clean and organized facility

- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about our services and offerings

- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth operation of the playground

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in customer service or retail preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle cash transactions efficiently

- Positive attitude and willingness to assist customers with a smile

- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
